GOOD PUB GUIDE RECOMMENDED

Cosy pub with highly popular food, friendly staff and a genuine welcome for all

About The Pub...

The Springer Spaniel Public House & Restaurant is an 18th Century building set in the beautiful hamlet of Treburley. It has a rich country pub history dating back as far as 1815 as a fully functioning Inn. Previously known as the Sportsman's arms the pub was hugely recognised for its gatherings of dozens of hounds and country folk for their regular shoots and hunts.

This is still evident through its decor with its rustic old parquet flooring, a roaring log fire in the main bar, high back settles & antlers hanging from the original brick walls. The Springer is a traditional Cornish Country pub through and through.

The Springer is extremely family friendly with an array of board games to entertain the pups and menus to match. If you step into our bar area you shall be delighted to find the local folk with their wellies and four legged friends in toe nursing a pint of Dartmoor's finest ale.

Over the years the pub has had one of the best reputations for food and ales in the area achieving many awards & accolades. At present day this is no different, Serving the best and freshest produce that the southwest has to offer, The Springer is all about using what is local!

Here in Cornwall we are extremely privileged for our abundance of organically grown veg, fresh daily fish from the coasts and locally sourced game and that's why we incorporate all of these delights into all of our food. There's something for everyone at The Springer...
